![]() ![]() ![]() The results show that there are seven main challenges in the teaching and learning of children with learning disabilities, i.e., a lack of stimulus materials, a lack of knowledge, limited time, uncontrolled behavior, traditional teaching, disabilities, and a lack of parental commitment. The sample consisted of eight informants who volunteered to be involved in this research. A qualitative methodology was adopted using a case study design. ![]() Therefore, this study aimed to identify the challenges, the need to develop a model of teaching and learning the Quran, elements to be included in the development of Quranic teaching, and a learning model for children with learning disabilities. However, there are some issues regarding the teaching of the Quran to students with special learning needs, such as from the aspects of the level of readiness of teachers, the mastery of Islamic Education among teachers who teach Special Education, and the use of teaching aids to teach the Quran. During the intervention program, increased duration occurred gradually from 2 until 12 minutes and decreased until 10 minutes post-intervention.People with disabilities have the same right to access education and, therefore, the space and opportunity to study the Quran as other groups. The maximum duration achieved was 80% of the target duration (12 minutes). The results showed that a shaping technique can increase the duration of on-task behavior in children with ADHD from 1 minute during the baseline up to 10 minutes during the post test. The research studied the boy's ability to listen to a story and answer questions based on the story. This research used a shaping technique to increase the duration of on-task behavior in an 11 year-old diagnosed with ADHD with combined presentation. Behavior modification is a widely used intervention that is proven effective for treating children with ADHD. To improve their ability to sustain their attention, treatment is required to increase on-task behaviors. Difficulty in maintaining attention level means that children with ADHD often experience poor academic performance and academic failure. This relates to their difficulty of sustaining their attention for a long time. ![]() In general, children with ADHD have difficulty performing on-task behaviors. ![]()
